Brains & Beauties Productions is a Washington DC-based pageant and lifestyle consulting and productions firm.  Owner and CEO Chelsey S. Rodgers, is a former Miss District of Columbia USA and has been involved in pageantry as a contestant, judge, pageant coach, consultant, and volunteer for more than 15 years, so she understands the importance of empowering young women by providing them with a platform to share their community passions, philanthropic initiatives and professional aspirations while teaching them healthy self-confidence and public speaking skills.   Our team is made up of beauty queens, business women, and community leaders who embody the concept of CONFIDENTLY BEAUTIFUL®.
